Our team completed a major expansion of WaterColor Inn & Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The expansion includes (7) new family suites, a new 2,800 sq. foot zero-entry family pool with kid’s area, a new outdoor/indoor kitchen and bar, updated lobby restrooms, a new cardio room, and an expanded outdoor lounge area.

We work with our clients collectively from inception to occupancy on our construction projects. Our role in our client’s projects requires Cardella Construction to be well-versed in all aspects of the design, construction and operation of any given facility.
