Nestled in the heart of Coconut Grove, this 11,000 SF premier office space is located in the mixed-use modernized CocoWalk. This office is home to an NYC based Private Equity Firm and functions as their southern hub. The space boasts a sleek, refined design that utilizes natural light to flood both common and private areas of the office.
We work with our clients collectively from inception to occupancy on our construction projects. Our role in our client’s projects requires Cardella Construction to be well-versed in all aspects of the design, construction and operation of any given facility.
