Avolon Aerospace is a global leader in aircraft leasing. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, the team leverages the latest technology to maintain consistency among their satellite offices. Avolon enlisted the help of Cardella Construction to help bring their South Florida headquarters project to life. Located in Plantation, Florida, the project includes 6,900sf of Class A office space, featuring a modern design, LED lighting, open ceilings, polished floors, sound attenuation, and technology filled conference / pod rooms. The project was built leveraging a Dublin based architect who designed Avolon’s Dublin headquarters, as well as a local South Florida based team.

This Hilton Garden Inn Panama City Airport is a 4-story, 143-Key hotel property featuring Hilton’s latest design for the flag. The project was constructed for one of Florida’s premier developers and is located near the Northwest Florida Beaches Airport. This hotel features meeting spaces, high-intensity capable fitness room, enjoyable outdoor amenity spaces and a full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Description: These Courtyard Marriott’s were hotel refresh projects for key properties located in Charlotte, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina. Both properties historically operated at high capacity with excellent customer reviews, so our team had to strategically plan the lobby and public spaces renovations in a precise manner to limit disturbance and maintain customer satisfaction. Schedule was also key, and with no as-built information available, our field team needed to be effective in communicating existing conditions to the owner and design team, all while helping provide creative solutions to as-built conditions without derailing the project.
