ACI Worldwide relocated their South Florida headquarters from Naples to Coral Gables, FL.  The new space is 27,500 SF of Class A office space. The design is exciting, motivating, and modern with an open floor plan focused on technology. Materials such as cast concrete tile in the conference rooms and executive offices were incorporated to express a sophisticated and industrial feel.  Other details such as stone panels and wood in the ceiling were incorporated to make the space feel warm. Technology, branding and graphic elements are displayed throughout the space showcasing ACI Worldwide’s culture and brand.

The Sabadell Financial Center has been an iconic building on Brickell Avenue for 20 years, and with Parkway Properties’ acquisition of the property, the pursuit to reimagine the building and provide a one-of-a-kind blend of hospitality and business was developed. The 1111 Brickell Renovations project included cutting-edge renovation plans from the IA Interior Architects team. The scope of the project included a total exterior make-over with new metal skin and lighting features, rich stone walls and gathering areas on the exterior. On the interior, there’s creation of new spaces such as the Coffee Bar, Library, Conference Room and more. The interior details are intricate and required precision in planning and execution.

Orthodontics Only is truly a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art orthodontist facility located in Miami, Florida. This 2-story, cast-in-place concrete structure is not only beautifully imagined and meticulously planned, it is also designed to perform as a net-zero facility with LEED Platinum certification. Visitors and patients at Orthodontics Only are welcomed by a fresh, clean and modern setting that feels unlike any other medical office environment. A tremendous amount of work was given by the entire team, and a great shout out goes to Dr. Sanders for his vision and unyielding effort to provide a highly sustainable project for the community.

The Woods Jupiter is an 8,000SF hospitality project that Cardella Construction provided design-assist and construction services for. This project is complete with full food service equipment, luxury end finishes, private rooms, patio construction and more. It was built in a first-generation facility with a parking deck above and challenging service hook-ups and installations given the complexity of the building footprint and surrounding spaces. The Woods Jupiter was a spot-light project for the community and carries national acclaim for it’s exciting atmosphere and excellent design and quality.

This TownePlace Suites is the 4th Generation design from Marriott, and the Lakeland location was one of the first full 4th generation facilities completed after its initial release by Marriott. Completed for InterMountain Management out of Monroe, Louisiana, this project contains 112 rooms and a host of interior and exterior amenity spaces. Cardella Construction was asked to support the owner and Marriott in re-setting the prototype’s design for future projects while maintaining a cost neutral approach to the new details. This project, despite set-backs from a summer hurricane and continued changes to the prototype during construction, was delivered on-time and 13% under the initial budget.

Virgin Voyages announced the location of their headquarters in Plantation, Florida and sought out GCs & Fee team approach project delivery proposals from a select group of highly qualified general contractors. Cardella Construction was awarded the project due to proven track record as a team player, our deep understanding of the team approach process and with a proactive plan to engage the subcontracting community in a way that would best deliver on Virgin Voyages difficult goal of schedule and budget constraints. The project is 70,000 SF of Class A office space which included many unique areas that fit the Virgin Voyages brand. The floor plan has large open and collaborative spaces, vibrant interior views and unique hang-out spaces to give their team members flexibility in their work environment.

This American Airlines Admirals Club is located at the Orlando International Airport, and features a two-level space providing returning customers with a comfortable and high-class experience in their travels. This project showcases a high-quality design that is meant to withstand high traffic abuse day and night. The featured circular staircase shown is the project’s focal point, requiring precise coordination amongst trades and finishes for a seamless look. The MCO airport is one of the busiest airports in the country with more than 40 million passengers travelling through in a 12-month period.

This TownePlace Suites is in the heart of Panama City Beach, located across from the exciting Pier Park development and next door to Frank Brown Park which hosts year-round events including Gulf Coast Jam. It is a 124-key Marriott property complete with an outdoor pool, fitness center and various hardscape areas for guest enjoyment. A battle through hurricanes, tariff impacts and covid-19 challenges, the Cardella team successfully completed the project on time and was proud to deliver for our great customers, InterMountain Management and The St. Joe Company.

This Homewood Suites – Breakfast Point East is a 4-story, 131-Key hotel property complete with an outdoor pool, outdoor basketball court,  and various hardscape areas for guest enjoyment. It is located adjacent to the Panama City Beach Sports Complex and within the Breakfast Point East community. The Cardella team successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and without compromise to the quality or experience for our great customer, The St. Joe Company.
