Description: These Courtyard Marriott’s were hotel refresh projects for key properties located in Charlotte, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina. Both properties historically operated at high capacity with excellent customer reviews, so our team had to strategically plan the lobby and public spaces renovations in a precise manner to limit disturbance and maintain customer satisfaction. Schedule was also key, and with no as-built information available, our field team needed to be effective in communicating existing conditions to the owner and design team, all while helping provide creative solutions to as-built conditions without derailing the project.
We work with our clients collectively from inception to occupancy on our construction projects. Our role in our client’s projects requires Cardella Construction to be well-versed in all aspects of the design, construction and operation of any given facility.
