Our team completed the Camp Creek Inn & Resort project located in Watersound, FL. This stunning project includes an upscale 75-room boutique inn with a fine dining venue, bars & lounges, and meeting rooms. The Watersound Club amenities include three dining venues, a 6,500sf resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art wellness center, a kid’s club, several tennis and pickle ball courts, pro shop, and other great outdoor gathering spaces.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster/Palmdale is a 105 guestroom Marriott hotel complete with an indoor pool, fitness center, and an outdoor patio for guest enjoyment. It is located in the Antelope Valley area of Los Angeles County, California. Hotel Indigo – Panama City Marina is a 5-story, 124-Key hotel property located in downtown Panama City’s historic waterfront district. The hotel includes two restaurants on-site, a private pool that overlooks the St. Andrew Bay, an outdoor fire pit, a retail store in the lobby, and a 24-hour fitness center.

ACI Worldwide relocated their South Florida headquarters from Naples to Coral Gables, FL. The new space is 27,500 SF of Class A office space. The design is exciting, motivating, and modern with an open floor plan focused on technology. Materials such as cast concrete tile in the conference rooms and executive offices were incorporated to express a sophisticated and industrial feel. Other details such as stone panels and wood in the ceiling were incorporated to make the space feel warm. Technology, branding and graphic elements are displayed throughout the space showcasing ACI Worldwide’s culture and brand.
We work with our clients collectively from inception to occupancy on our construction projects. Our role in our client’s projects requires Cardella Construction to be well-versed in all aspects of the design, construction and operation of any given facility.
