Residence Inn Pier Park by Marriott is a 121-key hotel located in the popular Pier Park shopping and entertainment district in Panama City Beach, Florida. The 121 studios include both one-bedroom and two-bedroom guest suites with full kitchens. The hotel amenities include an outdoor pool and fire pit, fitness center, bar, breakfast buffet, dining area, and market.

Our team completed the Camp Creek Inn & Resort project located in Watersound, FL. This stunning project includes an upscale 75-room boutique inn with a fine dining venue, bars & lounges, and meeting rooms. The Watersound Club amenities include three dining venues, a 6,500sf resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art wellness center, a kid’s club, several tennis and pickle ball courts, pro shop, and other great outdoor gathering spaces.

Directly off the scenic corridor of Highway 98 in Watersound lies the Watersound Town Center. This program to date has consisted of (2) two-story, 20,000 SF, and (1) single-story, 13,000 SF, mixed-use commercial retail spec buildings, two 5,000 SF executive suites build outs, infrastructure and roadway configurations, tenant buildout coordination, and master planning preparation for the remaining structures planned for this multi-year town center development. This town center will be the premiere dining and shopping destination in all of 30A, welcoming nationally recognized tenants for the ever-growing local and tourist populations.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster/Palmdale is a 105 guestroom Marriott hotel complete with an indoor pool, fitness center, and an outdoor patio for guest enjoyment. It is located in the Antelope Valley area of Los Angeles County, California. The Cardella team is proud to have delivered this excellent project for our great customers, InterMountain Management and American Life.
