The Work N’ Play Amenities Facility at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound represents a thoughtfully designed space that supports both recreation and creativity for residents. This project includes a variety of flexible, community-focused spaces such as multi-purpose rooms, a fully equipped wood shop, pet grooming area, and dedicated ceramics and painting studios.

We work with our clients collectively from inception to occupancy on our construction projects. Our role in our client’s projects requires Cardella Construction to be well-versed in all aspects of the design, construction and operation of any given facility.
